The architect Villa consists of 4 large bedrooms all with their own washroom. Large open concept living room, dining area and kitchen with
sculptured walls and high traditional ceilings. There is an office space as well as 2 outdoor patios one off of the kitchen
and the other off of the Master bedroom. Outside there are many walking paths and large private area pool with patio
and cement play area for basket-ball, volleyball, yoga or any other outdoor sports. The garden is exhibiting local and exotic plants and trees.
 

 

Ammenties & Polices

 

We do have a house manager and a maid in order to make your stay as pleasant as possible. An addtional $60.00 per day for maid services and managment services.

Our Check in is for  4pm with Check out at  11am

Directions toVilla Natural Cancun


Directions to the Villa from the airport are as follows;

 

  • Take the direction of Cancun after 1 mile you are going to go

  • over highway on the left it will say: Zona Hotelera

  • Take a right direction: Cancun Puerto Juarez (Highway 307)

  • Drive for approximately 4 miles. Just before the bridge take a right exit: Retorno C Alfredo V Bonfil

  • You are going to return on the same highway but in the opposite direction

  • Drive 1 mile. You will then pass a big warehouse in color Salmon

  • on the right called: Ocean Leader SA de CV

  •  Take a right after this warehouse, the name of the street is: Av Constitution

  • Drive half a mile until you reach the end of the street, take a

  • left then take the first street on your right which is still: Av Constitution

  • Drive for 1.5 miles and take the fourth street on your left called: Francisco I Madero

  • Drive for ¾ of a mile, the Villa will be on your left hand side,

  • number # 100. I attached a photo of the property wall.
